1. Cultural competency is the term that helps in understanding different cultures and to work ethically and effectively to find a better understanding of the different cultures. As per understanding the different cultures I belong mostly to some of them. The concept of American, academic, and feminist however let me belong to it more than any other culture. When we talk about American culture, we must accept the fact that it belongs to one of the developed cultures that are followed all over the globe. Despite being a man, the culture of feminism has a word that belongs and reciprocates the ideas and the rights that should be incorporated into our world. Academics is a term that brings out the culture of mentorship leadership and knowledge.

4. The cultural differences between the ideas of feminists well as Americans can have an intense reaction. It is considered that the American is one of the developed cultures and followed around the globe still it causes some of the orthodox ideas which make feminists view a kind of acceptable norms in the culture. The intense tension between these two cultures collides with each other and stands completely different in their views (Beugelsdijk & Welzel, 2018). Feminist however highlight the liberal concept of the women in this modern world with the enjoyment of the rights and the choices while being one of the developed cultures the acceptance of the liberal approach of the men after the cultures assimilation could end in having the intense drift among the two. The Americans however cannot easily accept the advancement of this different culture.

5. The tension is found in every culture when they mingle together as some of the other lacks the points that the different one possesses. The cultural differences between the concept of academics and the acknowledgment of feminism can be a tension-oriented staff all around the globe. The tension between the concepts of education with the culture differences of Americans however causes or intensifies the state (Banting & Soroka, 2020). This could be the reason for the conflict between the other cultures as the differences in the imposition can cause the difference in the academics of the different countries.
