In my Leader2Leader interview, I look forward to engaging Roman Buck (fictitious name) on leadership matters. I plan on narrowing my dialogue with Roman Buck (fictional name) into this week's material on leading, ethics, and decision-making. Roman Buck (fictitious name) is a local businessman running a chain of restaurants. Roman Buck (fictitious name) is also a renowned business owner who runs other businesses in the area, making him a suitable candidate, managing and leading hundreds of employees. The meeting will be conducted through Zoom. During the interview, I plan to engage Roman Buck (fictitious name) with the following questions;

i. What are ethics? Isn't ethics just a matter of opinion?

ii. What is the importance of ethics in leadership?

iii. Give a scenario where ethics helped you as a leader.

iv. How do you handle essential decisions in your businesses?

v. Would you describe yourself as a team player or a lone wolf in decision-making?

vi. Describe a time when you make an unpopular decision.

vii. How can leaders make effective decisions?
