I SAY 3 – 4 times a week he say wow this too much . He say go to your home change your nutrition heavy after tow months you are welcome to be here and I will be so glad to help you. Before 2 years I asked my self are you satify when you look at your self in the mirror ? Today, I will discuss three side effect of nutrition Obesity , Diabetes, and high Blood Pressure

Obesity

Obesity is an illness that results from the excessive or abnormal accumulation of fat in the adipose tissue (WHO, 2016). Obesity and overweight are evaluated using the body mass index. The prevalence of overweight and obesity in both children and adults in the United States increases every year. These conditions are associated with the increased susceptibility to cardiovascular diseases, cancer, and type 2 diabetes. The leading cause of obesity and overweight is the imbalance in energy between the calories taken and the ones used. It is also caused due to the increased intake of foods that are high in fat and lack of physical activity. Obesity and overweight can be controlled by having a healthy nutrition regime and a fitness regime. Now that I have explained Obesity , I will explain Diabetes

Diabetes

The second diet and nutrition issue is diabetes. Diabetic people have too much sugar in their bloodstream. The food and nutrition are directly associated with the blood sugar levels. Proper nutrition and diet can help control the standard of the blood sugar. Easting well is the primary mitigation strategy to managing diabetes. There is no approved diet for diabetes (Dow, 2017). However, the doctors can help the clients to develop a healthy meal plan. Healthy eating for the people with diabetes comprises of 40 percent carbohydrates calories, less than 30 percent fat calories and less than 20 percent calories from proteins. Nutrition is the most crucial part in the care of diabetes. Controlling the amounts of fats, carbohydrates, proteins, fiber, minerals, and vitamins enable us to the healthy diet and therefore a healthy lifestyle (WHO, 2016). Now that I have explained Diabetes , I will explain High Blood Pressure .

.High Blood Pressure

According to Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (2011), approximately thirty percent of the population of adults which is about 70 million citizens of United States have high blood pressure. Similarly, 75 percent of the Americans with diabetes, almost 20 million people have high blood pressure. This is a great concern for both female and men as it affects everyone regardless of their age, sex, ethnicity or cultural background. Hypertension is caused by endless unhealthy lifestyle choices such as lack of physical activity and poor diet and nutrition (Dow, 2017). These unhealthy lifestyle choices always lead to weight problems. As a result, weight problems lead to obesity which increases the chances of getting high blood pressure.

In summary, all the three illnesses can be prevented by having a proper diet and nutrition and healthy lifestyle. For individuals that are already diagnosed with the diseases, they can as well start living a healthy lifestyle and incorporate physical activity to control the diseases.
