2nd interview (H):

1. Kindly share with me who you are, the company you work for and the role you play in the firm.

2. Have you ever faced an economic choice working in this firm? If so, what is it?

3. How effective do you find the results of your decision were? In other words, do you feel you took the right choice or not completely?

4. If you would rate your decision, what would you rate it?

5. What factors do you believe triggered your firm to settle for this economic choice?

6. Did you settle for that choice for the good of your firm or what you solely believe was the correct decision to make?

7. Do you have anything that you would like to add in connection to that which we talked about today during this interview?

3rd Interview (A):

1. Please tell me about your family and how you identify yourself within the family.

2. While defining family, who holds the highest status in the family and why?

3. Describe how and why you family is different from others within the community.

4. What are the three character traits your friends and family would give to describe you?

5. Share an economic choice you had to make in the past.

6. Are there any difficulties that came along with that choice?

7. What experience did you learn from that economic choice?

8. What makes you believe has affected you the most in getting to your final decisions?

9. If you were to ask the interviewer or add anything about that economic choice you made, what would it be?
