2MydesiretofollowapostgraduateprograminHumanAnatomystemsfrommyexperience.docxMy desire to follow a postgraduate program in Human Anatomy stems from my experiences – working in hospitals and from Applied Medical Sciences school. I have also long been inspired by the opportunities in my home country. I was born and educated in Dammam, Saudi Arabia and have graduated from College of Applied Medical Sciences- Department of Physical Therapy at University of Dammam, gaining a Bachelor degree in Physical Therapy.
As an Intern from 2013 to 2014, I have rotated in many hospitals in order to gain a wide range of experiences and to see a variety of cases - with the aim of improving my ability to deal with any types of cases as a physical therapist. Also, during this period, I attended a lot of courses, workshops and conferences with a view to remain up to date and to improve my clinical knowledge skills. After my internships are done, I worked as a physical therapist in Rehabilitation Department at King Ali Military Hospital in Dammam since 25/11/2014 until 29\09\2016. I gained a lot of knowledge specially in human anatomy parts because it is very important part as a physical therapist in order to know what the problem exactly is. I also handled many cases such as sport injuries and stroke rehabilitations
I began to develop a particular interest in the details of the human anatomy that I encountered daily - especially in physical therapy cases. Studying human anatomy course has made me understand more the structure of the human body that helped me to treat a variety of cases in physical therapy cases. I became aware that an excellent knowledge of human anatomy influences the success of treatment and as time went by, my interest in human anatomy has increased. So to satisfy my interest, I started to review the anatomy course that I had taken in my second year in school. I then moved on to more specialized articles, especially in the field which attracted me most - Anatomy.
After that, I got accepted as a teaching assistant in Human Anatomy Department at Dmmam university. I have been selected by the University of Dammam for a scholarship to further my studies towards a Master and PhD degrees in the Human Anatomy field.
In order to fulfill my potential, I believe I need to both excel as an Anatomist and be in a position to help those around me. Interacting more with my surroundings through my profession is incredibly important to me.
I am certain that I could make differences by working hard to educate future human anatomists, and helping them learn how to improve their clinical skills. I would like to be able to work side-by-side with those who provide longer lasting solutions with a broad impact; and I would like to help in the development of learning outcomes.
In May 2020, I earned a Master of Science in Human Anatomy Dammam university. During this time, I gained knowledge and experience in the human gross anatomy, histology as well as embryology transferable skills that are relevant in this filed. My academic career objective is to pursue a role that allows me to gain, more skills and knowledge as well as become more responsible in an innovative the human anatomy filed.
I have been involved in graduate teaching assistance for Anatomy and Physiology course- especially practical sessions for undergraduate students. I had a good relationship with the students and they approached me when they faced any studying difficulties or even sometimes personal problems.
During graduate studies, I was hard-working, pushed myself to achieve high scores. My favorite subjects were Gross Anatomy, Histology and Embryology. I managed to achieve high scores in these courses. I led the revision process in those subjects, where my colleagues would ask me to explain some important points as they knew the subjects were important to me. This particular experience served to introduce me to the fulfilling field of teaching and inspired me to pursue an educational role.
Since I began my graduate education I have committed myself to maintain a high GPA. And I graduated with the prefect cumulative GPA’s is 4.0 out of 4.0. My GPA along with teaching experience, honors and difficulty level of courses I have taken clearly is reflect my level of diligence and intelligence
Obtaining a PhD in Human Anatomy will not provide me with more specific knowledge and research opportunities at the graduate level, but it will serve as foundation for my academic career in the field of Human Anatomy. An academic career would allow me to continue life long human anatomy research and contribution to the science human anatomy.
I have chosen a PhD program at ………. for many reasons. Firstly, working together with the professors and students in this program would definitely provide me a non-forgivable opportunity with regard to know different ways of human anatomy fields. Secondly, I am looking forward, if I get accepted to your program, to have ideals about methods of teaching gross human ways, which would help me to become a great professor in future.
I'm confident that the skills and expertise that I have acquired through years of education and employment have prepared me well for graduate study at your university, and I am eager to apply myself and develop my skills further. I have high ambition coupled with diligence, dedication and self‐confidence and I have a high capacity of the discussion, analysis and conclusion.

In addition, the rigorous graduate curriculum in Dmmam university placed a strong emphasis on human anatomy to prepare me for Ph.D.-level studies. As a student, I find myself consistently engaged with the teaching of human gross anatomy for undergraduate students.
Currently , I am a course instructor for biology class for students. I am so excited to teach students and enjoying teaching.
My short term goals is to gain, more skills and knowledge as well as become more responsible in an innovative human clinical anatomy in different parts of the body. I would like to improve research field in human anatomy and contribution to scientific research publication. In addition, working with professors who have a good experience with human clinical anatomy would definitely provide me good opportunity with regard to know different aspects of human anatomy fields. I would like to bulid strong knowledge at your university which would help me to become a great professor in academic future career at my university in Saudi Arabia. Also, I would like to publish a lot of academic articles in a good journey such as PubMed. Improving hands on experiences a human gross anatomy course will help me to become expert in dissection human bodies in the future academic career anatomy would improve excellent written and oral communication skills. I would like to be an active researcher at your program and motivate active participations. I would like to improve my teaching experience in human anatomy teach students with diverse backgrounds. I have the desire and motivation to complete my PhD program in human clinical anatomy. I truly enjoy working in the lab and I want to improve my dissection skills. I would like to improve reseach to help me. I would to be proficient in with the knowledge base and skills in clinic human atomy and Neuroscience research and to develop outstanding academic skills.
My long term goals is to be in a position at my university to help the future anatomist to become profession in fields. Helping students why is important to study human anatomy course. also I would like to help in the development of learning outcomes to my university
I would like to be presenter at a conference with regard to human anatomy fields. I will be contributed to increase my proficiency in pedagogical skills in the context of the teaching in Human gross anatomy, histology ad embryology courses
Having the long-term goal of becoming an assist professor at my university, I believe that I am well suited to this program. My positive experiences on work at hospitals have cemented my decision to apply for your PhD program. I would like to increase my proficiency in pedagogical skills in the context of the Teaching in Human anatomy courses in future, I would be participated to the efficient administration of the human anatomy department. to provide them my research experience
