1. In the first line of the first sentence the words Safe harbor should begin with a capital letter because they are proper nouns: Safe Harbor.

2. The first paragraph and second sentence are written as the project statement it should be written as: projected statement: because that is the name of the report.

3. The fourth line has the Corporate house the word house should be capitalized because Corporate. It should read Corporate House.

4. The six and seventh sentence starting with Changes in assumptions or changes in other factors effecting such statements. You should independently investigate and understand all risk before making investment decisions. After the period ending the last word statements should have a comma instead of a period ending the writers thoughts. The sentence after the comma should begin with lower case letters showing the complete sentence, you. The last sentence reads under all risk, this should read risks being plural.

5. In the salutation there is no line spacing between Attention, Dear Sirs or the beginning of the sentence.

6. The ending Yours Truly has a semicolon instead of a comma and Corporate House should not be on the same line with Yours Truly. It should be on the next line.

7. The next line should have the name of the director on the next line following the next line with the title Director.

8. The attachment should be at the very end of the informative letter.

9. The Per: should be put after the name of the director on the next line after director

Summary of Errors in the substance of report

1. Purchase Point Media Corporation and Corporate House feels that they aren’t obligated to present the information. As owners and managers, it is their responsibility to ensure the information they are sharing is correct and all data before the report is shared is reliable and fair.

2. The subject on taxes was mentioned briefly in the introduction. In business taxes are very important because of the effect it can have on a business. It was made mention that they didn’t include the federal or state tax which should have been included to help the reader make a well-informed decision.

3 There was no proof mentioned in the letter that stated the estimate of revenue was projected to have a gross increase of approximate $150,000,000. There should have been further explanations with evidence that the increase will take place along with how the increase was going to take place.

4. In note two, the cost per display is shown as $6.22 without any support of calculations.

5. See Marketing Sales and Commission number six. There is an error in the math on the third quarter. When adding across it added up to $5832000 and the amount shown $5382000.
