I did not see where any of the above four aspects were discussed in the paper.

One of the strengths of the company is that its brand is strong and has an international presence. It is difficult to find a part of the globe that is not penetrated by this product. Additionally, the company has a highly diversified product portfolio. The diversification of the company's product portfolio allows it to fit in many markets. However, one of the weaknesses of the company is that it relies on food products. Besides, there are some of the company's is seen by many people to be unhealthy. It is also important to note that there are some products of the company that have failed to have the desired impacts on the market.

Many opportunities are open to the company, and it can use them to advance its commercial agenda—one of the opportunities in e-commerce. The expansion of e-commerce platforms provides the company with an opportunity to expand its market. Secondly, there is an opportunity for the company for partnerships and alliances to enhance the company's visibility across the world. However, there are also threats that the company faces. One of the most significant threats is the reality that many consumers are continually avoiding the products of the company out of the feeling that they are not healthy. The company also faces stiff competition from many companies in the market.

The strategic needs of the organization within a changing global environment

From the SWOT analysis above, it is evident that the environment in which the company operates keeps changing and it necessary to adopt certain measures to align the company to the changes. One of the strategic needs of the company is to find a way of figuring out how to develop products that align with the health needs of consumers. Many consumers believe the products of the company are not healthy, and they are seeking better options. Secondly, the company needs to make sure that it develops strategies that will help it to exploit the expanding opportunities in the e-commerce sector. The company's presence in the e-commerce platforms would allow it to increase its interactions with its clients while at the same time expanding its supply chain systems.
