7. Personal Journals – due July 13. Record five (5) journal entries which include the course material and demonstrate your understanding of the material and how you have been impacted by it (i.e., what you learned, what impacted you or changed your understanding).

Entries are to show deep engagement with the material and may include reflections on personal applications of the material in the workplace or elsewhere. Entries will likely be a page in length (double-spaced) but may be longer as needed.

The format for each journal entry should address the following four components (which follow the Kolb Learning Cycle):

1. Briefly describe the situation/experience or concept from the text.

2. Reflect on the experience, the situation. What did you observe/notice?

3. Think about what you learned from this. Are there any generalizations you can make, or theories you can construct or connect to? You are to connect it to a theory/concept in the course materials.

4. How will the insights you have learned influence how to approach a similar situation, or new situation differently? What different approach will you take?

You must include one entry for each of the following course materials or experiences:
