Classic Ethical Theory |
Here, the focus is on developing and maintaining a working environment considered safe for everyone. It also involves the wise utilization of business resources and avoidance of all paths that can lead to conflict.
Business owners are encouraged to develop a working relationship with the employees to create ethical standards in the organization. Such moves assist in the establishment of communication aimed at addressing ethical dilemmas. |
The focus is on longtime goals. Balancing and ensuring harmonious co-existence is vital to the evaluation of alternative viewpoints in resolving ethical dilemmas.
If introduced changes are capable of unsettling existing order and harmony, the Chinese will drop the intended changes. |

Privacy |
Strong moral stand on privacy. Privacy is treated as a necessary critical human right. There exist regulations that support the enforcement of privacy law.
|
Due to expanding online trading activities, privacy has started to mean something to China. This is evidenced by the fact that the country is currently working towards a new privacy law (Feng, 2020). |
|
Intellectual Property Protection |
In the U.S, the issue of intellectual property protection is handled at the state level (Zhang &Vincent, 2019). Intellectual property protection is a global issue that many countries are gaining consciousness.
|
China has been accused of abuse of intellectual property principles for a long time. However, as a result of the mounting global pressure on the issue, the country has demonstrated a willingness to work towards it. This is evidenced by the Chinese Intellectual Property currently on the pipeline. The U.S has been on the forefront as far as this effort is concerned. |
|
Protection PII |
All organizations in the U.S. have the liberty of enforcing the right to protect PII. Numerous statutes in the U.S offer protection to the PII of individuals PII. Such is done through restrictions imposed on companies, thereby preventing them from sharing information. Several states have also enacted laws on the Protection PII. |
In the People’s Republic of China, the issue of protection of PII is within a legal framework that is currently undergoing rigorous consideration. |
