Personality Selection

In this project, the famous personality selected is the 64th Attorney General (AG) of the United States, the Late Robert Francis Kennedy. He later became the U.S Senator from New York from between January 1965 to June 1968 when he was assassinated. There are a lot of things to mention about Mr. Kennedy starting with his family all the way to his role as the AG in his brother’s administration and winding up with his candidature for Democratic Party presidential nomination.

The Website

We will utilize scripting languages such as HTML and CSS, to design the website. The main development language for the two pages will be the HTML, whereas the CSS will mainly be utilized to add styles to the HTML-developed pages. The CSS styles are implemented using various properties such as text fonts, different colors, text, and text-decoration. Below are wireframe diagrams that show a detailed outlook of the content to be contained in the two pages of the website.

The above diagram is a depiction of the website’s homepage. Since the website is a two-page website, the first page is the home page and contains content that relate to Mr. Kennedy’s biography. The top of the page contains a link that connects the two pages of the website where the first page contains his biography and the second one details important achievements he made throughout his life. The website’s home page is divided into two body sections where both the sections will comprise text and photos. At the extreme bottom of the page is a footer whose contents will include the website’s developer and the company behind its maintenance as well as displaying the current year and copyright symbol.

Wireframes are non-complex, layouts of low fidelity that help website developers with estimations of rough sizes that each page element will consume during actual development (Li et al., 2017). The tool helps in ensuring that each page is purposeful, achieves the intended objective as articulated in the customer's brief. In addition, the wireframes provide a clear roadmap concerning the logical navigation of the website.

While concluding, the last page of the website is the page that details major works and achievements of Mr. Robert Kennedy as shown in the above wireframe diagram. Similarly, the top of the page contains a link that connects the second page to the first page of the website. In the website’s second page, there is an outline of three main issues which include major works that Mr. Kennedy managed to accomplish during his lifetime. The second section is all about the achievements he had while the last section details legacy issues of the senator.
