2019 In-Store Juice Sampling

In-store juice sampling requirement across KSA.

Sampling the Product:

1) The aim of the in-store activity is to target the consumer in the stores and give them a chance to try our juice products.

2) The good communication skills and the level of knowledge are very important as personal skill that the "promoter" must have, because he/she will be in direct contact with consumer.

3) Clean, personal hygiene is something very critical and all the stores would be very strictly and regularly check and evaluate throughout the day.

Responsibilities:

1) Agency has to pick up the products from the nearest depots to the store.

2) The activity has to be carried out in specified stores, please find the list of the stores below.

3) Provider has to set up the 'sampling table' near to the main category of the sampled product.

4) Agency has to carry/install the roll-up and distribute the leaflet.

5) Agency has to obligate ALL good work practice, ethics and law; handling the products, keeping Almarai assets in a safe condition.

6) Agency MUST return ALL crates, pallets & basket to Almarai regional depots after each activity.

Sampling requirement:

· Permission/rental cost to be included

· Equipment:

· Branded Sampling Table - we will need 1 branded sampling table in each store.

· Printing Leaflet- to distribute during the sampling session

· Branded Abaya

· Promoters :

· We prefer a female promoter

Duration of Sampling:

· 8 Weeks: 3 sessions a week Thu, Fri & Sat. Starting from 25 of April to 19 of June.
