PROJECT PROPOSAL – WBS & PROJECT SCHEDULE
Project Plan
This project involves constracting a library mural within a duration of 12 months. The local neighborhood and community would be involved in the construction of the project. The critical elements of the scope of this project are designing, planning, construction, and finishing phases. However, to ensure the project is implemented as per the schedule, the activities that are in the critical path would be prioritized to prevent unnecessary delays.
Communication Plan
Communication is very important between the parties involved in the implementation of the project because it enhances cordinantion and teamwork. An efficient communication system will be put in place for better sharing of the information among the stakeholders. This will ensure that accurate information shared between the architectural department, office of the project manager, resident engineer, and the construction team at large. Any update concerning the changes in design, schedule, and milestones to be prioritied. All updates would be posted on the company’s website for easy access to information.
