Introduction

For my capstone study, I chose two topics which I will be investigating to solve some issues which occur in education especially in schools. The topics are; "Behavior Problems as well as Parent Engaging" together with "Sizes of a Classroom." I will address each topic separately in my study since they are somehow different despite solving the same issue.

Topic 1: Behavior Problem as well as Parent Engaging

Here am trying to solve the issues which occur in the classrooms due to different behaviors among the students. Since the students portray different practices in schools, it is hard for the teachers to manage some of the behaviors and thus there is always need for the parents to engage in the controlling the behaviors of their children. I was interested in this topic because the student’ behaviors can be grouped into three types: disruptive of low-level, disengaged as well as aggressive behaviors hence making it simple to solve the behavior problems among the students. Solving the behaviors problems among the students will improve their performance and thus the school’s performance in general. The students, teachers, parents together with administration will be benefited from the conclusions of my project. The officer in charge of education, teachers and the schools’ management will be of help in coming up with a solution to this problem. I believe that by the end of my capstone study, I will be able to address all the issues affecting the behavior of students in schools and how the parents may help in solving the problems (Brotman, Calzada, Huang, Kingston, Dawson-McClure, Kamboukos and Petkova, 2011).

Topic 2: classroom sizes

Here I will try to solve the problems which occur in the classroom due to its size. This topic interested me because I will be able to know the required size of a classroom according to the number of students. The topic aims in solving poor grades in schools which are caused by the congestion of students in a classroom making the teachers not to reach all the students. From my discoveries, the students, parents, teachers, as well as the school's management, will benefit since the grades of students are likely to improve after coming up with ways of solving the congestion of students in the classroom. The education officer, teachers, students along with the school management will be of help in understanding the problem as well as coming up with a solution to the problem. After studying this capstone topic, I will be able to solve the issue of congestion in the classroom and know classroom size as per the number of students in it (Regina, Joseph, and Daniel, 2016).
