In class on 11-15-18, we watched a Youtube video about murder in Chicago.

A. Please use a criminological theory we have discussed in class this semester to explain why murder rates are so high there.

B. Then considering we “know” the “cause” of crime (i.e. your theory) we should know how to combat it. Please come up with 3 solutions based on the theory you chose to explain murder.
