Buffet, the number of people determined at the catering job is based upon the number of plates used. We encourage everyone to use one plate when coming back for seconds; this enables us to keep the count accurate. To ensure that this is being applied, it is beneficial for your event to have someone at the serving line to help keep up with the plates. Our all you care to eat Buffet is considered applicable at the event site only. If anyone is seen taking a plate home or to their vehicle that will be counted as an extra plate. At the end of the catering, we will total the number of plates used (fifty minimum). THERE IS AN 85% GUARANTEE ON THE FINAL NUMBER YOU GIVE US ONE WEEK BEFORE THE CATERING DATE. If the plate count increases or decreases from the original number given, the price will fluctuate according to Penn’s catering price list.
