1. Review using clear terminology the key areas and processes of project, program and portfolio management practices as applies to asset rich organisations.

As per Fred A. Manske, Jr, ‘the leader is the individual, who tries make the people around him to become more knowledgeable persons than him or her. The project managers should be inspired from this saying and should be always involved in sharing his or her knowledge to the team members of the project as this will help in achieving the project success. The key areas of the project, program and portfolio management practices will be helpful in preventing the failure of the projects and some of the examples of them are budget, timeline, customer requirements and stakeholder engagement.

Many of these methodologies will be in support to the project manager roles and responsibilities. Different kinds of technologies involved in describing the project processes are committed to achieve organizational objectives, focussing on the deliverables and continuous learning of the project aspects.

The different research processes which helps in the selection criteria in the organization is the recruit process and resource selection process. Quality is the main consideration in any method of the selection criteria in the project management. The project justification in the most important component in the project management apart from selection criteria.

The implementation of the management strategies like risk assessment will be helpful in improving the possibility of the project in avoiding the risk occurrence in the project.
