The organization should employ the effective quality management strategies as well as the safety management strategies losses, improving the quality in the project deliverables, reducing the overflow of project budget. One of the effective strategy for both the quality management and safety management is the continuous improvement plan. The continuous improvement plan will be helpful in monitoring the quality and safety standards throughout the entire lifecycle of the project.
