Crystal Hughes-Little, Manager

brings experience in the area of finance and administration, including a stint as chief financial officer with both Fresh Berry Frozen Yogurt Cafe and the national McDonald’s Corporation.

The chef and proprietor, will initially serve as the only dessert bar chef, as well as the instructor for the weekly lessons. Being a graduate of Internal Culinary Center, New York, New York experience in three five-star restaurants I am well prepared for the jobs of chef and instructor. In addition, my degree from the University of Illinois, C-U in Restaurant Management equally prepares me for the managerial aspects of the business.

UpTown Swirl’s key partners are the bottling partners and the manual distribution center owners. Key activities at the company is the bottling, distribution, marketing,

production and supply of the Milkshake, Frozen Yogurts and Bite-Size Dessert. Great customer relations with the local farmers who are their biggest

consumers as they are their biggest suppliers. Channels of distributions include large scale and manual distribution

centers. Customer segments includes larger retail outlets, supermarkets,

restaurant and the small shops (Massa et al. 2017).
