STAGE TWO: CIC PROCESS ANALYSIS
INTRODUCTION
CIC is among the among the current IT trends in business that uses manageable methodologies that are used to accomplish measurable findings for its customers. In this case, study the CIC strategy involved provision of the extraordinary consultations and recommend to the customers through the employment of greatly skilled personnel according to (Turner.et.al.2016). In the first stage we looked at the background information on how CIC analyses the organizational status looking how an IT system can help to improve the hiring process of the company, also looks at the strategic use of the information technology looking at the outcomes of the strategy and operation for example how the solutions of technology can be used in the support of the CIC strategy and the current new hiring system providing the recommendations on how to improve the system.
In stage two, we analyze the strategic use of technology that a company can use for hiring process of which in the previous stage we identified the four processes that belong to hiring process, these are As/Is process, To/Be process, Business benefits of the improved process, receiving applications as. Incorporation of this hiring processes into the system the company will have to balance between those required highly professionals in IT, in this case, 75 of them were needed but for the start the can just start with 25 to enable the manager to have an easy time to integrate them into the system reducing on the expense as the company is still young.
A. SECTION II ANALYSIS
After the CIC identification of the need to have an effective hiring system that is efficient, it is now the responsibility of the company to get the best hiring system that will ensure the company makes changes in the current hiring system according to (Cic.et.al.2018). For the support of the CIC hiring process in the company, the newly implemented system requires data to be collected and stored labeling it thus from the case study, we are capable of reducing required information as shown in the table below.
