“There are three main components in PKI i.e. Hardening PKI, physically securing PKI and GPOs” (Solomon. M. G, 2019). This statement tells the main components of PKI. One of the main components of PKI as mentioned is hardening PKI, means creating more secure servers which makes CA servers stronger. Physical securing PKI, from the name itself it can be understand that this is about physically securing CA servers by giving access of certificates correct persons who really needs the access to main the CA certificates. Saving certificates also comes into physical securing PKI, which will help to retrieve certificates at the time of disaster recovery. And the last one is GPOs; this is another component of PKI component. It will help to control certificate distribution and helps to track down unauthorized certificates.
