2.4 Assignment. Decision-Making Flowchart Draft

Getting Started

Making a decision

In LDR-305: Ethics and Decision-Making for Leaders you discussed ethical decision-making. In that course, you read the article  The Ethical Leader's Decision Tree (new tab) . In that article, you saw a flowchart that could be used for making a decision. In this course, you will make your own decision-making flowchart. This visual guide can help you make sure you are considering all aspects of a decision before taking action. The resources from this week will provide examples of decision-making steps. Review what you learned in LDR-410: Leading with Wisdom, Vision, and Values and consider how wisdom, vision, and values should be incorporated into decisions. Do not worry about incorporating learnings from this class into the flowchart yet. Please identify some issue related to your current work to build the flowchart around. You will have a chance to update the flowchart in  assignment 5.
