Topic 2: Project Management Office (PMO)
Many organizations establish project management office (PMO) as an integral part of their organizational strategy in order to standardize governance structures for project management. You have been assigned the task of making a presentation to the senior management committee, to make the case for creating a PMO in your organization, given the number of projects that have been started in the last twelve months. Discuss why your organization should create a project management office. Part of your discussion should include forms of PMO, the expected tasks, and implementation strategy for the PMO once it is approved by the senior management committee.
