For developing countries, economic globalization has brought about the exploitation of labour. One of the characteristics of economic globalization is the integration of the labour market. A typical manifestation of the integration of labour market is that in order to reduce production costs, improve competitiveness and maximize benefits, multinational enterprises try their best to build a global production chain so as to carry out the international division of labour and hand over some low value- added processes to the OEM factories in developing countries. However, due to the uneven distribution of processes and profits, the workers in the OEM factories can only get a small share of profits.
