Legal

In this chapter ‘I learned about Legal duties to be carried out by legal personnel’s and particular ethical dilemmas faced by them while carrying out same What duties might these entail?. I learnt that Discretion can be interpreted only as those ethical decisions that are made with legal power rather than decisions prepared for unlawful reasons What examples can you provide to bring context to your statement?. Discretion in legal authorities like judges, advocates, prosecutors, and especially within policing, is critical to both the working of the legal department and to the association with the public the department serves What is the legal department, and what does this statement mean, in context?. 

Misconduct

In this chapter, I learnt more about the misconduct carried out on part of the prosecutors and judges What misconduct are you referring to?. I got acquainted for the most part, the diverse types of misconduct which involves efforts to influence the jury over several kinds of inadmissible evidence When using a word such as diverse in a statement like this, it is important to provide context. Is attempting to present inadmissible evidence misconduct? .

Corrections Ethics

In this chapter, I learnt about the numerous ethical and unethical issues which can be traced in Corrections systems and punishment awarded to the prisoners As a reader I would like to read about these issues you are referring to. As written, it seems as if you are saying that the only issue of ethics within correctional systems is in punishment. Punishment is the sentence from the court. Correctional systems discipline through sanctions.. Punishments in form of sentencing and imprisonment are being inflicted what do you mean by inflicted? on person breaking the laws, however I also got too acquainted with alternatives of punishment like parole and probations and ethical issues surrounded in it What ethical issues, fort example?. Similarly I learnt about different types of prisons like private prisons and super max prisons and various issues encountered by such facilities(punctuation) - What issues do these different types of prisons present or possess?

Corrections Dilemmas

In this chapter, I learnt about various dilemmas and challenges faced by correctional officers while using discretion in execution of their duties What dilemmas and challenges are you referring to?. I also got acquainted about the role of conflict faced by these officers while dealing with the inmates especially from the prison psychologists who become privy to the confidential information obtained from the inmates.What does this mean?

Corrections Misconduct

I learnt in this chapter, about various types of misconduct committed by the correctional officers while executing their duties like excessive use of force, corruption What types of corruption? and malicious abuse of authority What examples for this assertion do you have?. It encompassed of unlawful or immoral actions or the infringement of individuals’ constitutional rights by law enforcement agency officers in the conduct of their duties Provide context for this as it appears to the reader that you ae only providing an assumption, without context. 

Ethical Choices

I learnt in this chapter, about various ethical choices to be made by correctional official in day to day functioning of their duties like inflicting torture on suspected criminals for getting out information from them What examples of torture do you have to provide objectivity to this assertion?. I likewise became familiar with the various rights of prisoners and also about various actions taken by our government against terrorism which has led to making tough ethical decisions for fighting against terror and war What examples can you provide in reference to this statement.
