You are the CEO of a (virtual) production or service company. You choose the company/ product or service. You are considering going “global”. Using the CIA World Fact Book, found at:

https://www.cia.gov/the-world-factbook/ and any other resource you’d like, you are to choose a country to move one of your factories / service industries to.

In a page or two, you must provide the following information:

Company Information – you’re choice and it can be fictional. (5 Points)

Product or Service – again your choice. (5 Points)

Country of Choice – (5 Points)

Reasons for Choice – (30 Points)

Have several. They can be economic, political, etc. You should include information (as related to your choice) on resources, lines of communications, wage, crime, education of the people, etc.

Mission Statement of the Company – You create it or come up with an actual one. (5 Points)

Strategy Used to Make Mission (from Porter’s Four Competitive Strategies) – (see diagram below) (5 Points)
