Materials Needed

 Lemon juice  White vinegar  Ammonia  2 apples  1 head of red cabbage  Coffee filters  Knife  Plastic pipettes or dropper (Michael’s craft stores sell plastic pipettes

for $3)  Mesh strainer or colander  Small bowls or 9 oz clear plastic cups  Small plates  Measuring cup  Blender or grater
