· The conclusion is clearly written in paragraph form and included all of the major parts: summary/ review of the main points, restatement of the central idea and catchy and memorable closure.

The outline is formatted properly (see sample outline as a guide) with proper headings for each section of the speech, including proper lettering and numbering, indentations and parallel structure for each point (i.e. each point had a balanced amount of supporting material, and was organized in a clear organizational pattern).
