This will be a case analysis essay. The case is called “Eni SpA: The Corporate Strategy of an international Energy Major”. It is located on pages 626-645 in the book named “Contemporary Strategy Analysis Text and Cases Edition” PDF I uploaded. Please read the case carefully and please use this case (pages 626-645) as the ONLY SOURCE. Meaning all the answers to the questions should be found in the case and further analyzed. No other outside source should be used. Please cite page numbers correctly.
IMPORTANT: I have also uploaded a file named “Finished Eni case” that contains the same assignment with answers to the three questions below. The information in that particular document I uploaded are all correct answers to these three questions so please use that as a guide and mention and rephrase all the points that are mentioned in this finished doc. Do not copy from the that essay. There is also a GROUP DISCUSSION section in that file at the end that contains some suggestions for answering the questions. Those are points that need to be elaborated within each question. The document contains four answered questions but for my assignment I only need to answer the three below.
