Chapter 17: change screen resolution

Introduction

If you have trouble fitting your screen to your monitor or cannot see clearly your screen, you probably should change your screen resolution. If you want to change the size of what you see in Windows, here is what you have to do.  

Changing resolution process

Select Start  

This is what the start button looks like

Go to Settings

After you click that icon, here is what you should see on your screen;

Then you should click on system.

The first window that will pop up is going to be Display

Now:

1. Stay in Display settings. Scroll to Scale and layout.

2. Find Display resolution, and then choose an option. It's usually best to stick with the one that's (Recommended).
