Career Area/Job Title			Clubhouse Restaurant Manager
Nature of the work			Responsible for customer service, guest relations, team building, and staff training. • Maintained purchasing, and inventory control • Overseeing the entire restaurant operation • MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and POS systems
General activities and duties
Working conditions			Work 12 hour days in the season from May till October. Work 8 hour days from November to April planning for events for the up coming season in May.In the season we have a lot of big events like 4th of July, Labor Day, Memoral Day, plus weddings and receptions. We also have kids camp the month of July. It is a stressful job to organize all the events and keep people working sesonal.
Physical surroundings, hours, mental and physical demands
Training and other qualifications			Bartending, AIE (Alcohol Law Enforcement), and Serv Safe certified.
Estimated Earnings			Five years ago I started as a sesonal lead server making 8.50 hr. After one year I was supervisor in the restaurant at the clubhouse making 11.00 hour.Still sesonal from May to Novenber.
