The main purpose of this report was created to the design website and web page for ICPS (Indian Courier and Packing Supply). With the help of this project, the ICPS (Indian Courier and Packing Supply) company can be easily managed the information of customers and it will also provide the help to the locate the customer's address by using the GPS system or technology and company can easily track the orders. GPS and mobile & computer technology were utilized tothe design website and web page for ICPS (Indian Courier and Packing Supply) company. With the help of GPS and mobile & computer technology, the ICPS Company was controlling the tracking information of parcels (goods) from one place to another place in the nation. The web designing was completed for the ICPS (Indian Courier and Packing Supply) company within the 24 days and the project budget was AUD $6000. It was enhancing the order tracking capacity of the company from one place to another place in the nation. With the help of the web design, the ICPS Company should tie up with the numbers of big companies for expanding business in the future and the company can also enhance the revenue in the future.

Introduction

In this assignment report, the design website and web page are designing for the ICPS (Indian Courier and Packing Supply) company to expand business in different areas. ICPS (Indian Courier and Packing Supply) is a small company and it delivers goods in a small town and nearby areas.The location tracking functionality is adding in this project to track the exact address location of the customers. So, the ICPS (Indian Courier and Packing Supply) company can easily go online and track the address location of the customers from one place to another place in the nation. The ICPS Company can easily tie up with the numbers of big companies for expanding a business. The website will easy to use and it has small numbers of pages and this website can easily maintain and update. It will provide the 24 hours services in all day and it will enhance the profit level of the company. The designing of the website will complete within 24 days and estimate the budget of the project is AUD $6000.

The whole project is dividing into different phases such as the first phase is describing details of the project charter such as objectives, success criteria, deliverables, benefits, dependencies, assumptions, constraints, timeframe, cost estimation, and completion date. The second phase will describe the project WBS and project schedule in the form of different types of activities. The project risks are managing with the help of risk management technique. The next phase is describing the information of different types of required documents such as user requirements, system requirement, domain requirements, no-functional & functional requirements, and use case diagram of the designed website.

Aim

The main aim of this project is to design the web page and website for the for ICPS (Indian Courier and Packing Supply) to track the exact location of the customer order and web page design will also help to expand the business. With the help of this project, mobile and computer technology can use with the same experience. So, the ICPS Company can easily reduce the delivery timing of the parcels and goods. All the data information will be centralized with the help of the website design and GPS tracking technology. The website design will enhance the security of company information and customer information that is the main objective of this website design.

The WBS is designing for the “Website design of the ICPS (Indian Courier and Packing Supply) company” and it is delivering the different types of details such as name of project, activities, end and star date, task ids, predecessors and senior numbers and these details are using to complete the development of the website on the time. The project has started on 29 March 2019 and it has completed on 1 May 2019.

The designing of the website is completing in the 24 days and website designing is AUD $6000. It is representing the predecessor and starts& end date of each activity and it will help to schedule project work in an efficient manner.

Risk is the effect of uncertainty on objectives, whether is a positive or negative. It can be related to time, cost, scope, or quality related effects. A risk can have one or more causes and similarly have one or more impacts (Choi et al. 2016).

The techniques use of to minimize or terminate the risk or its impact on project or daily life is known as risk management.

User Requirements

User requirement describes the expectation of users and how users will interact with the website design. The different types of user requirements are given below:

· The website design must user-friendly so users can easily use.

· Loading timing of website should be less as possible as.

· The tracking information of customers must be done in a proper manner (Coleyconsulting, 2018).

· The essential information of customers should be secured from hackers, bugs, virus, etc.

· Response time of the website should minimum as compared to other websites.

· The website should accept customer orders.

System requirements

For designing the website, the different types of software and hardware resources are needed and these resources are known as the system requirements that are given below:

· Design website should be compatible with the different types of the version of operating systems such as Microsoft Windows XP, 98, mobile phone, etc.

· The LINUX Kernel should support the new operating systems.

· The website design should support to each web browser such as default browser must install on the system (Usability, 2018).

· The website design must have a strong network or internet connection.

Domain Requirements

The domain name is used to represent the Internet Protocol in the website designing of the ICPS (Indian Courier and Packing Supply) company. · Response time of the website should minimum as compared to other websites.

· The web application should available in different types of languages.

· The reliability of web application should be good.

The use case is the simplest way to show the interaction between the system and users. The use case diagram of the website design is describing the functionality of the new system (Lovelycoding, 2018) such as first of all, company admin will login the website after that admin will view the details of the item. The customers can also view the details of the item. After that, an admin will add the delivery boy details then tracks the customers address details and users can check the delivery details. After that, an admin will check the status of users then delivery boy delivers the products that status will update at the website.

Conclusion

It has concluded from this report that web application has designed for the ICPS (Indian Courier and Packing Supply) company. With the help of this website, the ICPS Company has expanded its business in different areas.ICPS is a small company and it is delivering goods in a small town and nearby areas. The location tracking functionality has added in this project to track the exact address location of the customers. For designing website, the project charter, WBS and project schedule has prepared and different types of risks have controlled with the help of a risk management plan. The different types of document requirements have also prepared in the website designing such as users requirement, system, and domain requirement, etc.
