ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR FEEDBACK

1) Determines the anticipated outcomes or challenges at each level of the organization for each behavior theory and considers how the individual, group, and organization are motivated and the behavioral changes that are likely to occur by hiring the candidate. NOT MASTERED!!!!!

8/13/21 You make some valid points about how the newly hired candidate could have challenges adapting to the culture. The anticipated outcomes or challenges at each level of the organization (individual, group and organization) for each behavior theory and how the individual, group, and organization are motivated and are likely to change behaviorally by hiring the candidate were not evident. Please consider the following: As a result of applying each behavior theory, what do you anticipate the outcomes will be at the individual, group, and organizational level of analysis? Consider how each level of analysis: the individual, the group, and the organization will be motivated and successful. As a result of applying each behavior theory, what might be some challenges at the individual, the group, and the organizational level of analysis? Consider the behavior changes that are likely to occur once the candidate is hired and provide anticipated outcomes or challenges for each level of the organization for each behavior theory and how the individual, group, and organization are motivated and are likely to change. Please note it is acceptable to propose 1 challenge and 1 outcome, 2 challenges, or 2 outcomes for each of the 2 theories. Please refer to the following (Organizational Behavior Management, Organizational Behavior, Chapter 6, Content Theories of Motivation)

2) Recommends interventions to ensure new-hire and organizational success for each behavior theory applied. NOT MASTERED!!!!!

8/13/21 There were sound interventions to ensure new-hire success. The interventions as related to each required behavior theory were not applied. Please consider the following: For each behavior theory, what interventions might you use to motivate new hires and increase the likelihood of organizational success? If team building is considered, how might it be used in the organization to improve team effectiveness and organizational performance? If data is collected, how will it be reported and how might it be used to improve the functioning of the organization? If feedback is considered, what format might you use and how would it be delivered? If rewards are offered, how might it impact individual and team performance? Please provide at least two recommended interventions that will increase the likelihood for new-hire and organizational success for each behavior theory applied. (One for each behavior theory chosen). Please refer to the following: (Organizational Behavior Management, Organizational Behavior, Chapter 6, Goal Setting Theory)

For each source listed on the reference page, please be sure to provide an in-text citation.
