My domain results totals add up to 40. This is based on the additions from the presented rows on the word clusters. All rows represent different personality traits that have shaped me to who I am at the moment. Green seems to have the most points while orange seems to have the least points, an area which I need to improve on as much as possible.

Do you agree with your results?

According to my assessment the results seem correct since they are a representation of me. There is definitely room for improvement on some of the traits that can help me on various situations.

Thinking about your personal result. What skills and traits make them effective for strong leadership?

Strong relationships will mainly be based on the following traits from my assessment: Being compassionate, devoted, rational, affectionate, communicative and open-minded.

How can you increase your effectiveness as a leader?

As a leader I can try to improve personality traits such as being more organized, increasing my skills, being more cooperative and competitive in everything I participate in.
