Finance strategy analysis

This Assignment will require you to consider the history of psychology, as well as its future. The paper will assess your understanding of the material you have learned throughout this course about each of the major schools of thought in the history of psychology. These schools of thought include structuralism, functionalism, behaviorism, Gestalt psychology, and psychoanalysis.

Imagine you are a famous psychologist working in the field 10 years from now and consider what you would like your school of thought to be. You can be creative here and have fun with this!

Write a 3–4-page essay incorporating the following:

· Describe the major themes and concepts from each of the five major schools of thought.

· Describe your school of thought, being specific about the subject matter you would like to work on.

· Integrate concepts from the major psychological schools of thought in the history of psychology.

· Apply the theory you created above to a case example you developed.

· Explain how integrating your theory would benefit the created case study.

Your paper should be 3–4 pages, not including the title page or reference page.

Your paper should use Standard English including correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, and complete sentences and paragraphs. Your paper should be free of typographical errors.

Your paper should include a highly developed viewpoint and purpose.

Your paper should demonstrate superior organization. Communication should be highly ordered, logical, and unified. You should follow these guidelines for your paper:

· Title page

· Main body of the paper — 3–4 pages

· Reference page

· Correct APA formatting for in-paper citations

· Standard margins: 1" on all sides

· Standard 12-point font size

· Standard double spacing: Average of 22 lines per page, and between 20 and 24 lines per page

· Text is left-justified

Social Problems

Throughout this unit, you have learned about many changes and social problems that impact families. For human services professionals, it is important to be able to view social problems from multiple perspectives. There are often many people involved in a social problem. For example, in divorced families, one-parent families, and cases of family violence, the people involved include the mother, the father, and the children. All of these people will be personally impacted by social problems in a unique way, and they may have different viewpoints about what is occurring.

For this assignment, you will write an informative essay about one of the three following social problems that impact families: divorce, one-parent families, or family violence. Revisit Chapter 11 in your text to support your responses.

Using the Unit 9 Assignment Template, please respond to the following:

· Begin your paper with a discussion of the social problem you have chosen and explain why you have chosen this particular social problem.

· What influences this social problem?

· What are the risk factors associated with this social problem?

· What is the impact of this social problem on individuals and society?

· Examine the social problem you selected from multiple viewpoints of each individual or family member affected.

· For example, if you choose divorce or one-parent families, discuss how the parents and the children view the issue. If you choose family violence, discuss how the abused person and the children involved view the issue.

· Discuss how society views the social problem that you selected. How does this vary from your personal beliefs and values as a human service professional?

· Conclude by discussing your role as an advocate. Include two suggested strategies for how you can create awareness in your community about the benefits of understanding diverse populations and viewpoints.
