This term we will be taking a focal topic and working to develop a data collection plan. Your final product for this course is really about developing a plan to move your work forward.

In an MS PowerPoint presentation, capture the detailed stages and actions of your capstone work. This presentation should reflect the coursework and general activities you have completed to date and identify those tasks still to complete.

Consider grouping your activities into stages and include details of what you have accomplished and still need to accomplish within each stage.

For each action, you should indicate the resources that you will need to complete that action as well as an anticipated timeline.

The following is a sampling of possible actions under each stage:

Preparation Stage

·  Key Literature to Read

· Draft Literature Review

· Draft Methodology

· Secure Research Site Permission

· Submit IRB

Research Stage

· Data Collection Plan

· Analysis Plan

· Secure Analysis Resources

A complete listing of stages and possible tasks can be found in the  RES650 Dissertation Research Stages guide . ATTACHED
