How does job satisfaction influence customer satisfaction?

Question 2 : from content covered in Week Three (400 words worth 10 marks)

Explain the difference between formal and informal groups in the workplace. No matter whether groups are formal or informal, norms are often developed to manage group behaviour. Explain how group norms are developed and enforced in the workplace.
