Introduction
Chesapeake IT Consulting (CIC) Company offers IT related consulting services to different people and businesses, specializing in process improvement and business redesigning. According to Chesapeake IT Consultants Case Study (2017) the company began in May 2004 in Baltimore, Maryland. The company’s company begun with the aim of offering the missing solutions in business analysis, system development, planning, network support, as well as business implementation. The company also out-sources services such as selection and performance management, vendor evaluation, and due diligence.
Organization strategy
The strategy of CIC is to provide quality services in consulting as well as offer specialized recommendations to clients by using employee expertise who are constantly trained to stay abreast of current technology and new business strategies. CIC will benefit by recruiting new qualified and skilled personnel who are able to operate the new technologies (Mitchell, Obeidat & Bray, 2013). Due to the new technologies and seasoned employees, CIC will be able to meet the business objectives and strategies, gain a high competitive advantage and stabilize the business position in the market.
Competitive advantage
The new hiring system will provide the company with a higher age in business because of the recruitment of high skilled and qualified employees who are able to meet the client’s needs (Lasserre, 2012). The system is also able to track employee performance hence ensuring competitive edge. The incorporation of skilled employees will attract many clients because they able to receive value for money in the long run.
Strategic objectives
The strategic objectives guides the company in achieve the set targets in the right way and within the specified time (Lasserre, 2012). The table below gives the system of hiring new employees who will be instrumental in reaching the company’s strategic goals as well as the objectives.

The CIC system of hiring should be able to ensure that efficient and effective decisions are made in order to modernize and improve the actions which will guide the business in arriving at the desired goals. Recruiting is one of the most complex processes in CIC which is handled by certain specialists (Afiouni & Jamali, 2017). The IT systems are important in simplifying the processes so that the HR may be able to carry out the process with much ease.

The essential information requirement in CIC should be able to provide jobs to the right candidates, track skills and certificate, and be able to give reliable data to the company
System recommendation
Different SaaS solutions usually affect business performance in a much different way. The SaaS solution, Justworks, which has been adopted by CIC is sustainable and therefore will help the company in achieving the objectives. The system has tracking features which are essential in tracking employee performance as well as the company progress (Afiouni & Jamali, 2017). The systems are also able to sent automated e-mails to the people who have been picked for the jobs. Through the enabled permissions, the system is able to assign work to particular individuals (Mitchell, Obeidat & Bray, 2013).
