My career topic choice is athletic director and I will address certain issues that each University or Colleges faces.
Students eligibility and finance has been a big factor in the athletic department for many years.
Having a good staff that work together will help make the job easier. Then you can balance out the student's learning and they can continue to have money available for them.
Students Eligibility for NCAA competition
A. Must have completed 16 core courses in high school
B. GPA and test score must match
C. Transferring to another school
D. Reminding eligible
Budget/Finance athletic department
A. How much it cost to sponsor athletic.
B. Maintain a competitive athletic program
C. Planning, Budgeting and forecasting
D. Sponsorship
Conclusion:
How they both coincide with each other and that you must make sure that the school can financially stable to operate on NCAA standards.
