AI can be a powerful tool, just as with any other technology, and a computer can do many things, but where do we draw the line on what they can do or what type of jobs they can perform?

Artificial intelligence is practical for gathering data and identifying trends. Machine Learning allows robots to expand their decision-making through these patterns of cause and effect.  Leadership requires wisdom to make ethical decisions that comply with government regulations and moral standards. The responsibility of imparting wisdom to the machine starts with the programmer of the AI. As a leader, how would you vet your programmer to ensure that the company's ethical standards are being effectively communicated to the machine? And how would you supervise the programmer and robot in tandem to ensure risks to the organization are properly mitigated?
