1.3 - Discussion: Airport or Airfield Selections

Post the airport or military airfield you will tour ( We will be using Las Vegas International as our airport)  Briefly describe the location and category of the airport/airfield; the function and general types of operations flown (FAR Part 121, 135, 91, international cargo to Asia, hub airport for Bliss Airlines, etc.); the number of daily, weekly, monthly or annual operations flown; etc.

You will be asked to elaborate on the airport airside layout and aircraft types in week 3. – don’t worry about this until week 3 assignment.
