Hi everyone (: 

my top 5 core values: 

1) Family/Friends

2) Communication

3) Trust

4) Honesty 

5) Growth

My core values result in family and friends being something that everyone needs. It is always important to have at least one person in your circle that you value and can lean on for support. Communication is key to everything, if there is none, the foundation of most situations and relationships break down. If you can't learn to communicate, you will not prosper. Trust and honesty is a big deal in terms of trusting/ being honest with others and reciprocating that within yourself as well. Trusting yourself and having others who can trust you bestows a level of integrity that most people do not possess. If you cannot learn to be honest with yourself, even in moments of regret and mistakes, you cannot grow as an individual. Growth is something that is last although still very important because you cannot grow if you do not learn to possess the qualities above freely. Learning to grow and become independent while possessing and learning to achieve the qualities above is something most individuals cannot do, leaving them to always fully rely on others. 

In regard to diversity within myself, I am always fully inclusive of others no matter what. It is super important to get to know an individual for yourself rather than the perception of others due to them potentially not possessing the core values you believe are important and their opinions being invalid.
