Introduce yourself to the class. Share your initial thoughts on or

experiences with project management (if any) and expectations of

how this course will enhance your career.

This module's resources (textbooks and article) describe EVM and

explains why it is important. In your own words, define EVM. Based

on the readings and your definition, describe why EVM could be used

to enhance the management of ANY project. Then, provide a brief

critique of EVM. Based again on what you have learned in this

module, explain your hesitations regarding EVM and why it might not

be effective in all projects. Summarize your post by explaining your

own thoughts on the employment of EVM.

Finally, be sure to respond to two of your peers' postings on their

assessments of EVM. Did they mention anything that you had not

considered? Is there anything you can offer that your peers had not

considered?
