Information Abstract.

-The females aspiring to learn driving in Saudi Arabia are facing problems due to shortage of driving schools in the city and those providing training are charging high fees making it unaffordable for most of women.

- In the Saudi Arabia, driving schools were begining charging 1000 R.s to 2000 R.s for 15 days of training.

- Dr. Ruba Alzuhairi is studying to become a surgeon, but she's also or her driver's license. She is one of the women paving the way at the driving school at Princess Norah Bint Abdulrahman University – Saudi Arabia's first driving school for women.

- - One of the most important solutions is that "there should be a lot of driving training centers that are suitable for all to accommodate many women, as this will also reduce the cost that you pay on taxi drivers.

- One of the solutions that helps to reduce the problems of lack of driving training centers is that a group of female students at Prince Mohammed bin Fahd University will set up a training center for suitable prices for all classes.

- This change will have a significant positive impact on the Saudi economy during a period of growth and diversification. Saudi Arabia later criticized the brakes on religious extremism and allowed women to be in the driver's seat. This clearly shows that Vision 2030 is a blueprint not only for economic reform, but also for social transformation.

Project Overview and Background

Saudi Arabia announced on Tuesday that it would allow women to drive, ending a longstanding policy that has become a global symbol of the oppression of women in the ultraconservative kingdom.

The change, which will take effect in June 2018, was announced in a royal decree read live on state television and in a simultaneous media event in Washington. The decision highlights the damage that the ban on women driving has done to the kingdom’s international reputation and its hopes for a public relations benefit from the reform.

Saudi leaders also hope the new policy will help the economy by increasing women’s participation in the workplace. Many working Saudi women spend much of their salaries on drivers or must be driven to work by male relatives.

Through this decision, the idea of ​​establishing women's driving training centers in several cities of Saudi Arabia, especially in universities including Prince Mohammed bin Fahad University.

Statement of the :

Women in Saudi Arabia face challenges as the decision to allow them to drive is approached. The most important of these is the lack of adequate driving centers for women in the Kingdom and the high fees, which led them to seek alternative solutions.

"The lack of an abundance of women's driving schools has led them to assign the task to their own driver, who became their first teacher, taking positions

from the parking lots of vehicles and sites far from the ground," Okaz newspaper quoted Saudi women in Mecca as saying.

Saudi Arabia's Wafa Ibrahim said she was "initially concerned about running the test, but the driver's skill and knowledge of the Mecca route eased her concern." She said she "learned the initial principles as easily as running the car, stopping it correctly, taking the straight path, .

Need :

The main purpose of this project is to build a women's leadership training center at Prince Mohammed bin Fahad University, and a suitable school for all classes. The project will aim to share experiences to develop the project, build distinctive educational content, attract qualified cadres, provide the necessary technical support and achieve high quality standards in the driving center.

Car companies have also changed their advertising orientation in order to capitalize on the expected high turnout of female drivers

We conducted a survey that showed that more than 60 % say there will be an increase in household spending. Instead of buying a father and son, one car will buy two cars and everybody knows that it is difficult to cope with rising unemployment, rising prices and the resulting problems of social collapse.

They were interested in registering a women's training center on driving. The studies we have conducted are strong evidence of the emerging need for these centers in Saudi Arabia. Finally, this project will be implemented at Prince Mohammed Bin Fahd University in accordance with the Kingdom's rules and regulations and will be a great help to complete the vision of 2030.

Benefits :

The aim of this center is to achieve several objectives:

· Achieve the most important goal of one of the visions of Saudi Arabia 2030, which promotes and develops the principles of driving women in accordance with the legitimate rules to build a strong society, by strengthening their ability to rely on themselves in the fulfillment of their requirements

· Broader participation in the labor market : A study considered that women's leadership of the car as one of the obstacles facing working women, in addition to the lack of childcare. In the study, 50 per cent of females and 50 per cent of males said that not allowing women to drive

prevented them from doing their jobs and thus reducing the chance of their contribution to national development.

The vision of Saudi Arabia 2030 includes a wider participation of women in the labor market because of its impact on economic development. Women account for 49.6 percent of Saudi graduates, but they account for only 16 percent of the labor force in Saudi Arabia. According to a study by the Oxford Business Group, raising the share of women in the labor market to 40 percent would increase GDP by about $ 17 billion a year, while revenues to Saudi companies could increase by $ 58 billion.

·   Increased spending Saudi Arabia's additional income is the highest in the world, reaching around $ 7,500 in 2012, according to the Euromonitor report. The report predicts that the growth rate of this income will be about 6 percent between 2012 and 2017, and perhaps more with the decline in oil prices and the reduction of government salaries recently. The driver receives about $ 400 a month from the Saudi family until the 

minimum wage law is passed, which may raise the minimum to $ 666. This means that the family that hire drivers have to give up to $ 4,800 per year of additional income, in other cases, workers have to pay half their salaries in exchange for delivery services. In other cases, workers have to pay half of their salaries for delivery services. If families are able to give up the driver, the extra income of the Saudi economy will be in the form of higher household purchasing power over consumer goods.

 Data Sources:

      In this proposal, we gathered information from our study that was distributed to university students, employees, family members and others. We also collected information by conducting random interviews with 
people of different ages on the importance of establishing a women's driving training center.
Limitations and Contingencies:

   In any successful business, they may have some constraints that will affect the progress of the business. 
· The cost of the project is a major problem because not having the needed finances for the project will certainly mean that the business will face some real difficulties.
· Lack of knowledge of the number of women who will apply for training at the center is one of the main constraints in our project, because in the field of the project, we will have to deal with a specific number of trainees.

Scope :

      First, we must define a place within the university and this will take a week. Then we need to renovate the place and rehabilitate it will take 5 months. After that, we will buy the cars and  equipment and  all necessary materials, which 
takes about two weeks. For the recruitment of trainers and the announcement of the opening of the center, it will take one week,. Finally, the entire project will be completed over 6 months.
