Two ways to address this problem are: Create a well-organized, thought out presentation to the stakeholders and potential funders of the EBP project to emphasize the importance and long-term advantages that the implementation of this change will have for the success of the patients and the organization. The inclusion of realistic statistics and cost measures must be included for a valuable and meaningful presentation (Bach-Mortensen, Lange, & Montgomery, 2018, p. 7). Other options to overcome financial barriers in the employment of EBP is grant writing, diversion of funds from other less significant projects, and/or re-distribution of staff involved in the EBP process.
