1 25 Complete the Project Scope and Business Objective Worksheet. The individual entries for B) Project Scope (1A, 1B and 2A, 2B, 2C) must contain at least four (4) sentences each, and the section C) Business Objectives must list at least six objectives.
2 25 Complete the Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) worksheet. Identify and complete the worksheet for three work activities (one for each result of the survey; one per) from the WBS that could critically impact success of the important survey items.
3 30 2.0 Page min. - For the three work activities from the FMEA, discuss their effects and generate action plans to reduce or eliminate these failures from occurring in a paper.
4 10 At least one (1) in-text citations from course material (course eBook) for the paper.
