During this group assignment, I was late joining the group because I could not really find the link the times I tried to join. However, after going through the assignment and after going through what my group members did, I do agree with the arrangement they presented.

After going through their conversations, I did not notice any miscommunication except for that some of us especially me was late joining the group. I did not notice any listening barriers. They all worked together, listened to each other and came up with the arrangement that was presented. The issue of people joining late was very well handled by the group as no one member of the group talked about it or complained about it. Every member just welcomed those that joined late and everyone joined hands in producing a good assignment.
