Marketing Plan Phase 3

Our new all-in-one product will be targeting the 25-40-year-old homemakers. We want to start new relationships with the new generation. Building these relationships with trust that we hope to have passed on to the next generation. The leading brands have proven that this strategy works; many people still use the same products that their parents used.

The best way to build trusting relationships is through consumers' pockets. We all want the best bang for our buck. We will cut costs in production and shipping to keep our costs down so we can pass the savings on to our consumers. We don't want to use gimmicks or stunts, and we want to give our value to our consumers and their families.

Our company will build on value and trust. "We don't want your money; we want your business," this is our company motto. We found that if you understand people's economic situation, they will let you into their lives. Getting to know our customers will help to build a bond that will last forever. We have to stay affordable and eco-friendly to remain in business in the long run.

Our prices will be set close to the bottom shelf pricing. When our customers see how well our product works, we will slowly move up to middle shelf pricing. Our quality will always be top shelf, but without that high price. As we increase our prices, we will have coupons and specials to help offset this for our loyal customers.

With this product, we will have to start from the ground up. We will be mailing samples as a sure way to get our product into people's homes. Since I was a kid when we got a sample in the mail, we used it and also used the coupon that usually was inside as well. Door-to-door demonstrations is always an option as well, but nowadays that option is not preferred.

The internet has been the best way to get the word out about our product. We can better target our customers and give them better information. The internet will provide us with instant results of what our customers want. Amazon shopping is a significant trend these days, and we will also be advertising on several social media sites.

We also need to be ready for customer complaints about our product. The Internet is the fastest way to post negative comments about products that people don't like. If we put on an online survey, this will help us to understand our consumers' wants and needs better. Another concern is people who have limited internet access. The Internet is also a big market so it would be beneficial to utilize several different social media outlets.

We are using the internet as a promotional tool we will need to know what people see as junk mail. If they don't read our advertisement, we haven't utilized this tool effectively. We need success stories about how this product has worked for people by using an ambassador that can communicate and reach our customers on their level. We have to find creative measures, so people will try our product and then buy our product. Our sales and public relations teams will have to work closely together for this product to be successful.
