Introduction

Nowadays, parking your vehicles in the city area is not an easy job. Managing your vehicles to get park is one of the major tasks. With the help of the application, one user can easily find the nearest parking space as per his/her GPS location. The application notifies the user from a certain distance about the parking space. The notification also informs about the size of parking space. This helps the user to select the space for their vehicle. This system is connected to the parking tracking system. The parking tracking system holds data of different parking spaces in a certain place. The different parking spaces holds a sensor that counts the incoming vehicles with models and outgoing vehicles. After scanning it store the data in the database of the parking tracking system. The user not only gets one location. He/She gets more option of parking their vehicle where they can choose the appropriate place which also notifies other nearest uses as the space that the previous user has selected is being reserved. Not only that this system allows the current user to declare their departing time which helps others to know about the exact time that the certain parking spaces are reserved for. The smart parking application will be available in cell phones or computers that global positioning system. In the context of the vehicle that has GPS in their vehicle itself can install the application to find the spaces. This spaces which people are parking will be paid one. They should pay the parking fare to the machine that provided to a certain location. The application will be available in both android and ios. User can easily download the application. They can sign up with their google id. Once they are signing up they need to verify id with valid identification. To save time user can set their vehicle type and get the exact parking space for their vehicle. User is allowed to reserve spaces only

before an hour. As per the current demand, the spaces will be available to the same user for a certain period of time. After the time limit either the user should remove the vehicle to

make the parking space free to pay extra charges. Along with the pays and rates to the user,

this parking system will be beneficial for the occasional visitors to the cities as they do not need to worry about the parking their vehicles. It is also convenient for the daily user. (Ibrahim 2017)

Opportunity for business

Our application generates business opportunities. The application itself can get the money collected by taking parking charges from vehicles. The parking rate will be charged as per hour. The users can estimate their time to reserve and leave the parking space. The users will be charged extra if their time limit exceeds. The application stores multiple data on parking spaces of different locations. Users have to pay a certain amount of money in order to get information about the parking spaces.

Discovery

With the increasing number of vehicles nowadays, to find a place to park the vehicle is getting difficult day by day anywhere whether it is at shopping malls, airports, hospitals etc. In urban areas there are many families who owns one car per member which means each member has a car. Increasing vehicles more parking space. It is completely a nightmare to

find a parking spot in the city. For instance, people had to park their vehicle in one place and walk to their destination. People have to wait for the parking space to be free. Looking for the parking space takes a lot of time by which people get late to their work. People become frustrated when they can’t find the parking and end up arguing or fighting with each other.

Vehicles are increasing while the parking space is decreasing.

Problem of parking

One of the major problems in the urban area is the car parking problem. As the city gets bigger and the building gets bigger and bigger the population of people is also increased when the population increased the number of cars also increased. In the present study,

there are 1.4 billion cars on the road it's around 18% of the world. As the cars increase, they need some space to park but if only the buildings increase there will not be any parking space in the city or it will be hard to find the parking space in the city. Due to the poor management of parking space in the city, the parking can be hard to find in any developed city. There are many solutions to this problem like many building are creating underground parking or in building parking space which makes space for the parking in the city. So even if the city building grows vertically there can be parking space.

But due to the increase in cars in the city, it is near impossible to find a single space for

parking. Even if there are rules which prohibited cars from parking from more than 2 hours, it can be difficult to move the car and find another solution. More than 75% of the people travel in the rush hour which will also not make more traffic on the road but also the parking will be hard to find. Even if some of the automotive companies like Tesla are making auto parking cars but if there is no parking space then how the cars are going to park? Finding a place to has been the most challenging thing in the world

Solution

Parking a car in a big city is the most difficult thing in any given day. It can be most difficult in the rush hour when every person is trying to go to work at the same time. As everything has its solution, our company have created a smart app which is called smart parking

application. The objective of our application is to find the best parking space for the user.

The user can use the application which can help you find the parking place from your mobile and you can easily park in any city in the world. The application detects any parking space in the city area and informs the user about the status and how many spaces are available in a certain area. The application get information from every parking building in the city are by using the sensor in the parking lot and if the parking lot is full then the application can find your next parking space easily.

The application can combine with the new technologies of auto parking feature and help them to find the parking spot easily. By using this application the traffic of any city will be decreased by 80% which is very effective for any city. The application can tell you the duration of your car and when is the time to move your car to the next parking space. The application makes easier and convenient for the user to find the parking space in any big

and major city easily. By talking with the big buildings and companies to use their parking as the application can separate how many of the parking space is for the actual business

person of the buildings and how many of them are for the public. As the buildings can also

get income by charging them for any parking space. Thus the application "smart parking application" is the most effective and easy way to find any parking space and remove the

parking problem in the city area around the world.

System Process

As the population increase, the amount of vehicle on the road also increase rapidly. There more than 1.2 billion vehicles on the road today. As the vehicle tend to cover big space to store and park the parking space are getting less and less. There is less number of parking space than there are member of vehicle. Many people face the problem of parking daily all over the world. Much big organization is creating much big parking building and structure which was hope to reduce the problem of parking in the future. Inspire of creating big parking towers, if a person cannot find the parking space there is no use of creating big building for parking. So in order to remove the problem of finding the parking space, our team have

come up with a new application called "smart parking application". It is a mobile application

which can be found in both Android and app store and free to download. The application can find the best parking space in your specific location at any time and anywhere. The application uses the sensor which is already placed in the building and find if there is any parking space available. The user can search for the parking space and reserve the space until he/she comes to the destination. The application is linked with most of the big organization and their building parking server which provides the user with a live update of the parking space. There are many features that the user can find in the application such as;

· User can reserve the parking space for a specific period of time

· User can choose instant payment or leave and pay system

· User can choose between thousands of parking space

· They can create an account which is used to reserve the parking space for days/months

· The system provides a live update of the parking spaces the certain city/place

· It provides free parking for 3 hrs

· The user can schedule the arrival time and leave time which helps other people

· User can check the application 24/7

· The application provide notification if your time is going to end

· System can also provide if other cars are parked in your location

· User can also extend the parking time

As there are many features by using this application, the process to use the system is also very easy. User can download the application via the app store or play store, after downloading the application, it will directly show the map of your location and parking buildings in the area. You can search the location or the street on the map to find the parking space, if you find the parking space then you can reserve the space by the reserve button. After you press the button you need to specify the time and date that you are going to park. You have the choice to pay instant or pay on the site. You will get a notification n your

mobile device and a QR code which can be scanned in the entrance or the gate.

The simple method and recommended method is to create an account with our application which provides more features and notification to your mobile phone directly. You can get notification of your time and schedule, amount of payment, the user can also reserve the parking space for a specific number of days only for a specific number of time.

In the canvas, there are many factors that are taken into consideration when the application was developing. The development team should look into many aspects and the customers for better results. Mainly the developer and the team should look after certain factors like customer task, customer pain, customer gains, product and services, and the pain relievers. Firstly, we should look after what are the gains of

the creators on what are the product or service the creator need to observe after that we should look after the product and service itself. The team should look after the customer task or what are the things that the customer needs to do in the

application. Customer pain is the factor in which the team should know what kind of problem the user is getting when they are doing the jobs. A pain reliever is a factor

which user satisfaction in the end.

Conclusion

The system which we are going to make is one of the newest systems. This may look like reserving the parking spaces but this helps the driver to find the easiest way of parking to the nearest location in their destination. For the feedback and comments, this system is an updating system where every month new features added to the system application called smart parking application. The system is a self-monitored application where everything is generated and operated automatically. We team of three has created this system where we have worked together for generating ideas.
