Creating a Scoping Document
Project Justification
Team 2 will be responsible for the creation and development of an operating website with software and carry out a testing procedure. The main objective of this operating website will be examined by hosting four events in four different countries across the globe. Also, we will design and analyze the website using the software. The objective is to enable organizations to be able to create their specific custom site to implore participants. For instance, use of the Shark Tank show model in this project.
The main plan of our team for the website is to ensure that the website is fully functional and is capable of storing all relevant information about the event. On our website, we will have a section for the investors who will be willing to invest in our site directly in the future. To attract clients, our website will allow our customers to create their websites or sharks and showcase winners. Our websites will also help in suggesting new products and services for the customers.
Project Scope
(Kerzner, 2017), argued that project scope pulls information from scope management plan, requirements documentation, enterprise environmental factors, project charter, assumption log, and organizational process asset. The project scope will cover project deliverables and other things not included in the project.

Product User Acceptance Criteria
The product will utilize an operating website with software. Product is also required to accept donations from willing and potential investors. This will include an open category to get viewers ideas, suggestions for new services and products. The site will be able to solicit local participation and acceptance to promote the Shark tank experience model. Our website will continue promoting both losers and champions.

Suggestion Section
It entails a submission section where new ideas about service and product are submitted. Submission will be stored in a small database hosting server managed by the site admin. In case new submissions are made or received, the admin will receive notification through mail.

This is a primary editor in which future users can host, create their sub site events for Sharks and local participants
