Introduction
Introduction subheading provides a general overview of the company by stating the time
when it started, the location, current number of workers, and changes it has experienced. This
part will have a thesis statement as; The company needs to change from being a sole
proprietorship to a limited liability company to avoid higher risks of personal lawsuits due to
incompliance.
Company Description
This area will provide the company’s history, the mission, and vision, and explain what
Acme Fireworks deals with. The date of incorporation will be under this part.
Nature of The Company
This heading will tell whether the company is a sole proprietorship or what, and how it
started, was it a garage or what? Also, a discussion of the number of inquiries that force the
company to expand its business is critical.
Type Business Entity Acme Fireworks Should Become
Explaining of other forms of business that the company needs to adopt other than being a
sole proprietorship. The owner of the company had inadequate knowledge to understand this
decision. Most business activities involve a legal framework that requires the involvement of
various shareholders.

This part reinstates the thesis statement. It critically evaluates the key points discussed
and highlights what can be done to enhance the company's performance in terms of profit-
making and compliance with the law. These highlights depend on the weaknesses revealed in the
discussed points of the essay body.
